I am writing this letter to inform you the pathetic situation in bsnl and convey my utmost pain and dismay that I have been undrer gone for the past form India
My telephone No 2860386,Belonging to kallara exchange went on fault on booking (H 276)Even after the electronid\c booking no response was made from the department. Ihad waited for one week to rectify the complaint . But seeing no respose from the department I had sent a register letter addressed to the junior telecom Officer ,Kallara telephone exchane on 31-10-2010 ,BUTR NO STEP HAS BEEEN INITIATED TO RECTIFYU THE DEFECTS EVEN AFTER MY REPEATED REQUEST.
